Contractual terms

The room price includes the following:

  • Breakfast (with homemade or locally sourced products)

  • VAT and any other applicable tax

  • Electricity, heating and water

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Digital TV

  • Fridge in room

  • Access to the garden and picnic area with tables

  • Daily cleaning of the room and the bathroom

  • Changing of bed linen and towels every 3 days

  • Hair dryer. Soap and bath foam

  • Private parking place

  • Covered bicycle shed

In addition to standard services, the following are available upon request:

  • Access to the subsidized swimming pool

  • Use of the washing machine for € 5.00

  • Bicycle rental upon reservation and subject to availability

General Rules

  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed

  • Pets are not allowed

  • Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

  • Check-in is from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties)

  • Check-out time is 11.00 a.m., though baggage may be stored without any time limitation.

  • Any balance shall be settled in cash or by debit card (credit cards are not accepted).
